Michigan Avenue CIA Business Resources

The Michigan Avenue Corridor Improvement Authority’s (MACIA) Business Resources have been established to provide access to capital for small businesses within the corridor’s boundaries. By providing financial resources, these grant opportunities are dedicated to supporting projects that strengthen businesses' appearance and sustainability along the corridor.

City of Lansing's Facade Improvement Program

The Facade Improvement Program provides financial support to enhance the appearance, safety, and structural integrity of commercial buildings throughout the city of Lansing. The programs helps property owners and businesses invest in exterior improvements that strengthen storefront visibility, improve building conditions, and contribute to vibrant, attractive commercial corridors.

This program provide reimbursement grants and design assistance for eligible facade improvements.
